What is RGBX? What blade colors are available on the blades?RGB stands for Red, Green, Blue. Both RGBX and Xenopixel offer color-changing blades ranging from red, green, blue, white and all colors in between. The X in RGBX means Eco-Swing, which is the smooth hum sound the saber makes when you wield your saber. Earlier models did not include Eco-Swing were referred to as RGB, so we added an X to differentiate the two.

What are the main differences between RGBX and Xenopixel?RGBX - 9 sound fonts - Does not offer the slide-up light when turning on the blade (like in the films/series) - Better option for heavy dueling - 6-8 hours to charge for 2 hours of continuous play time Xenopixel (LED-strip pixel blade, upgraded kit and features) - Xenopixel electronic kits have 30+ sound fonts - Xenopixel blades are electronic and have LEDs (pixels) lined inside the blade. - Xenopixels are recommended for light dueling. Though the blade is 3mm thick (a heavy-dueling blade), Xenopixel blades are more sensitive to dueling because of the LEDs in the blades. - Xenopixel blades allow for the light to start from the base of the blade and glide its way to the top of the blade rapidly when the blade is turned on, and reverse when it's turned off (tip to base). - Sound still occurs if blade is not connected, but no light displays. However, Xenopixel Blade Plugs are available to purchase for displaying the blade light without a long blade. - Includes upgraded features like Gesture Controls and upgradable firmware - Xenopixel take 8-10 hours to charge for 1 hour of continuous play time

Are there any sabers that are not duel-worthy?Yes! Some lightsabers are recommended to be used for tricks, cosplay or display only; including the kyber crystal saber, thin-necks, and any others we may deem not duel-worthy as noted in the product description.

Why is Xenopixel not recommended on some hilts?Xenopixel blades require 1" of emitter space in order for the pixel blade to properly connect to the electronics. Xenopixel electronic kits take up .5" (half inch) of emitter space in order for the pixel blade to properly connect to the electronics, which takes away needed room for the blade to attach itself to the hilt. If the hilt depth is only 1", Xenopixel is not a preferred electronic kit to choose, unless you are using the model for display or cosplay purposes, as there is not enough support (less than an inch) for the blade to attach. If you choose to purchase a Xenopixel anyway, dueling is NOT recommended.

How do I use (change color, sound, etc.) my RGBX Lightsaber?"Please reference the chart below:
-
How should I charge my lightsaber? It's best to charge your lightsaber using the power cord included with your purchase, and only plugged in to a surge-protected power strip or slow-powering electronic device; rather than using a fast-charging cell phone charger plugged directly into a wall outlet. The lithium-ion batteries are designed to SLOWLY charge. We repeat do NOT plug your charger directly in to the wall! Plugging your saber in to the wall will overcharge the electronic kit and may render the battery or electronics unusable. Charging Time: RGBX: 4-6 hours Xenopixel: 8 -10 hours
